The business crossed Church Street in Mathews to its new digs at 36 Court Street.
More than 30 seniors were served during the most recent visit.
Grant applications are due by Aug. 30.
They are assisted by 20 full- and part-time workers.

Each of the eight selected nonprofits will receive 100 percent of the proceeds from donations earned.
Services include haircuts, perms, sets and color.
The application was approved on a 6-0 vote.
Both Gloucester and Mathews county officials are interested in learning more about the plan.

Andrew Gayfield of Ashland, who previously worked for Lamb in Gloucester, owns the Richmond franchise.
The store now has approximately 2,000 square feet, more than double the space at the previous shop.
